http://www.myspace.com/mrfluter Fluter aka Decado, real name is Ilya Stepanischev was born on the 1th of May in 1984 in Vitebsk (Belarus). At the age of 5 he got fond of music and this was the beginning of his further musical career. Later on he acquired such professions as an artist of an orchestra (flute), conductor of orchestra, teacher. In 2004 Ilya moves to St.Petersburg, where he proceeds his education in specialty of sound engineering. Since 2004 he is cooperating with Dissident (St. Petersburg, producer) and participating in live-project Phantom Orchestra.
